NTUC Income launches digital benefits platform Start.Sure
NTUC Income has launched Start.Sure, a digital platform designed for young startups with 2 to 15 employees . The platform allows companies to purchase and manage employee benefits with ease.
Start.Sure offers three types of employee benefit plans: Energiser, Turbo Booster and Super Charger; all cater specifically to meet the employee protection needs of startups at different life stages and scale. The insurance plans, which cover pre and post-hospitalization and surgical expenses, including kidney dialysis, cancer treatments and out-patient consultation by a general practitioner, require no paperwork and underwriting. Also, the plans offer three-month free coverage for employees should the startups cease operation.
