Westland names EVP of client experience and digital
Westland Insurance has appointed Cari Watson as Executive Vice President, Client Experience and Digital, effective March 30, 2026.
Watson joins the executive team to lead digital transformation and brand strategy, with a focus on enhancing client engagement and supporting organic growth. She will continue overseeing marketing, communications, digital sales, and key enterprise initiatives tied to business technology and change management.
Watson brings more than 25 years of industry experience and has been with Westland since 2020, where she has led efforts to align strategy with execution and improve client experience through technology and organizational design.
The move signals Westland’s continued investment in digital capabilities, data, and AI as it looks to strengthen customer relationships and modernize its operating model.
