Pan-American Life launched an online claims portal for U.S. life insurance beneficiaries in partnership with Swiss Re , expanding digital access to claims submission and processing.
The portal allows beneficiaries to submit claims online, aiming to improve intake accuracy and speed up processing, with plans to expand across PALIG’s global life business. The solution is powered by Swiss Re’s PromiseXP digital claims platform.
