Andesa Services , a provider of policy lifecycle solutions for the life insurance and annuities industry, announced a new majority investment from Terminus Capital Partners (TCP), a private equity firm focused on scaling B2B software companies.

Through its majority investment, Terminus Capital Partners will work closely with management to drive long term value creation, while providing strategic and operational support and maintaining Andesa’s focus on partnership and dependability.
