mShift launches AI platform for commercial insurance workflows

Millennial Shift Technologies  (mShift) announced the launch of Quantum AI, a platform designed to support commercial insurance operations by structuring submission data and automating workflows.

The platform focuses on converting unstructured submissions—such as emails, PDFs, and spreadsheets—into structured data for underwriting and risk evaluation. It also introduces AI agents that assist with tasks including submission follow-ups, broker communication, and portfolio monitoring.

mShift says the system can extract and normalize data from applications, loss runs, and other underwriting documents, and provide insights to support underwriting decisions and portfolio management.

The platform is built on an API-first infrastructure, allowing integration with broker, MGA, and carrier systems without requiring changes to existing workflows.

mShift, founded in 2019 and based in Phoenix, provides data and workflow tools for brokers, MGAs, and carriers.
