Berkley Select expands AttorneyShield offering for mid-size law firms

Berkley Select  has expanded its AttorneyShield portfolio, adding risk management services for mid-size law firms as part of its professional liability offering.

The update introduces services including firm-wide risk assessments, personalized consultations, and access to an online resource center with loss prevention tools and sample policies. Policyholders also receive confidential risk management consultations and on-demand CLE programming focused on liability and legal ethics.

The services are delivered by Barron & Newburger and are included at no additional cost.

The expansion builds on Berkley Select’s focus on the legal segment and follows the 2024 addition of an employment practices liability product addressing risks such as partnership disputes and breach of contract claims.
