iPipeline launches AI platform

iPipeline launched a new digital platform for life insurance, annuities, and wealth, with its e-application solution iGO Evolve as the first module.

The platform is built on an API-based architecture with configurable workflows and low-code tools, allowing carriers and distributors to integrate with existing systems and launch products without custom development. The system is powered by the company’s AI framework, CHARLi.

iGO Evolve supports digital life insurance applications and is designed to reduce setup and maintenance time. The platform also includes SmartSell, which allows agents to interact with underwriting in real time, receive automated decisions, collect payment, and bind coverage in a single workflow that can be completed in about 30 minutes.

Future updates include an AI assistant to compare products, prefill applications using available data, and check forms and signatures before submission.
