WithCoverage raises $42 million

Insurance broker WithCoverage has raised $42 million in a Series B funding round led by Sequoia Capital and Khosla Ventures, with participation from 8VC and Crystal Venture Partners.

The company claims that its AI audit engine helps their team analyze a business’s policies and operations to spot what brokers miss. Clients get access to a platform that includes coverage details, COIs, billing, and more.

WithCoverage serves “hundreds of high-growth” companies including GoPuff, Eight Sleep, Bombas, Chomps, and Blank Street Coffee.

The company is led by JD Ross (co-founder of Opendoor) and Max Brenner (Bain, Compound).
