Amplify Life raises $6.2 million

Amplify Life Insurance has raised $6.2 million as part of an equity offering targeting up to $8 million, according to a recent Form D filing, bringing its total funding to over $51 million.

The San Francisco-based life insurance agency disclosed that the offering began on December 15, 2025, and has attracted 30 investors to date. About $1.8 million remains available in the round.

Founded in 2019, Amplify employs roughly 90 people and recorded a 10% decline in headcount over the past year, according to LinkedIn.

Most recently, the company launched Prosper IUL, a digital, instant-issue indexed universal life product aimed at modern consumers and fintech partners. The product is built using insights from tens of millions of digital interactions and thousands of customer experiences, according to the company.
