Erie appoints Parimal Kumar as SVP of Information Technology

Erie Insurance has appointed Parimal Kumar as senior vice president of Information Technology, effective December 15, 2025. Kumar will oversee the Services and Experience Technology Division, leading technology modernization, digital transformation, and service delivery initiatives.

Kumar joins ERIE from QBE North America, where he served as head of Technology and Transformation and led digital strategy across claims and document management. He previously held leadership roles at Capgemini Americas, directing digital transformation programs for Fortune 500 companies.

With more than 20 years of experience across digital and data strategy, AI and automation, cloud architecture, and enterprise modernization in personal, commercial, and specialty insurance, Kumar brings deep technology expertise to the role.
