Liberty Specialty names Rob Groenen to new Europe role

Liberty Specialty Markets has appointed Rob Groenen as head of portfolio solutions for Europe, a newly created role that brings affinity, program, and digital business under one operating model. Groenen will continue as general manager for Benelux and Nordics and report to Pierre-Edouard Fraigneau.
