OneBefore, Santé Group and Pulse launch nurse-led healthcare navigation service

OneBefore has partnered with Santé Group and Pulse Insurance to launch Santé Care, a low-cost group healthcare product for small and midsize businesses designed to help employees move through the NHS more efficiently.

The service is built with Patient Advocate’s nurse-led triage model, which directs employees to the fastest and most appropriate NHS route based on their needs. The offering aims to ease pressure on overstretched primary and secondary care by reducing delays tied to long waits for consultations, diagnostics and procedures.

Santé Care will be distributed through the Santé Group network and is positioned as a simpler alternative to traditional PMI. Brokers have been requesting affordable solutions that improve access to care, and the partners say the product meets that need while supporting faster return-to-work outcomes for employers.

OneBefore focuses on accident, absence, health and travel insurance. Pulse Insurance provides specialist coverage backed by Lloyd’s and company market carriers. Santé Group offers insurance and risk solutions across multiple sectors in the UK.
