Eleos launches AI Voice Agent
London-based life and income protection insurance provider Eleos Life introduced an AI Voice Agent designed to give policyholders round-the-clock assistance, including the ability to make outbound calls to prospective customers. The system pulls responses directly from Eleos policy documents to answer questions about coverage updates, claims, cancellations, and other account details.

Eleos notes the tool is meant to support human agents – customers with more complex needs or those who prefer live help can be transferred to staff via phone, email, or WhatsApp. The launch follows Eleos’ August rollout of Theea, an intelligent chatbot that guides customers through their insurance application with step-by-step instructions and personalized coverage calculations.
