Promont relaunches franchisor and real estate suites

Promont, a DOXA company, has relaunched its franchisor and real estate programs as FranchisorSuite and Real Estate ProSuite, expanding the offerings with full underwriting authority and a more unified specialty platform. The programs were previously offered as FranchisorSuite and RE360 under ePerils and now sit within Promont’s underwriting structure, supported by DOXA’s systems.

FranchisorSuite is built for privately held franchisor operations, offering a consolidated package that includes franchisor E&O, D&O, EPL, fiduciary liability, and vicarious liability — a key differentiator for the franchise segment. Real Estate ProSuite brings a single policy for real estate professional firms, combining E&O, D&O, EPL, fiduciary liability, tenant discrimination and coverage for up to ten real estate services under one underwriting team and one claims adjuster.

Promont says the relaunch improves expertise, expands capabilities, and speeds response times, while helping DOXA further unify and scale its specialty insurance footprint.
