Chubb names Bill Hazelton COO of NA Field Ops

Chubb has appointed Bill Hazelton as Chief Operating Officer for North America Field Operations, effective December 1, 2025. He will oversee delivery of the insurer’s personal and commercial products through 48 branch offices and support day-to-day field operations, with a focus on strengthening relationships with key agents and brokers and aligning distribution strategy across business units. Hazelton will report to Chris Maleno, Vice Chairman of North America Insurance and Division President of North America Field Operations.

Hazelton returns to Chubb with more than 30 years of experience in underwriting, claims and distribution management. He most recently served as Executive Vice President and President of North America Insurance at Everest Group, and previously spent 18 years at Chubb in roles across industry practices, claims, real estate and hospitality, construction, environmental and excess casualty.
