Zurich launches Zurich Edge Assist

Zurich Insurance Asia Pacific has introduced Zurich Edge Assist, a new module within its Zurich Edge platform that gives agents, brokers, and Zurich teams a single system to manage sales, service, and claims. The tool replaces manual handoffs by pulling digital and offline interactions into one interface with real-time visibility into customer activity.

Edge Assist supports internal and external users and includes underwriting referral logic and workflow management. It offers smart lead assignment, a full customer view with real-time syncing, and flexible commission and payment options, with dashboards and AI-based product suggestions to follow.

Built on a cloud-native, multi-market architecture with APIs for partner integrations and white-label use, Edge Assist is live in Indonesia for individual and travel agents, with India, Japan, Malaysia, and additional features planned through 2026.
