NTT DATA acquires Alchemy Technology Services

NTT DATA has acquired Alchemy Technology Services, an insurance technology consultancy known for its Guidewire expertise and work in the London Market.

The deal expands NTT DATA’s insurance capabilities, adding depth in specialty lines and regulated markets. Alchemy will operate as a Global Centre of Excellence, supporting digital transformation and modernization projects for insurers worldwide.

Based in the UK and Ireland, Alchemy’s team of over 200 trained professionals will strengthen NTT DATA’s regional presence and accelerate its efforts to modernize core systems and develop next-generation insurance products using AI and automation.
