Amwins acquires ARC

Amwins has acquired ARC (Applied Risk Capital), an MGA focused on credit insurance for the leveraged finance market.

ARC joins Amwins Underwriting, adding a credit insurance product line aimed at banks, funds, and institutional investors active in non-investment-grade risk.

Founded in 2019, ARC brings a senior team with leveraged credit and insurance expertise. The deal broadens Amwins’ underwriting capabilities and market access for retail brokers and their clients.
