Goodpath raises $18 million

Goodpath , a Boston-based virtual provider of whole-person care for chronic conditions, raised $18 million in Series A funding led by MassMutual Ventures with participation from Healthy Ventures and existing backers. The company, co-founded by CEO Bill Gianoukos and cardiologist Dr. Akl Fahed, has now enrolled over 20% of eligible employees across Fortune 500 clients, benefits partners, and insurers—five times the industry average.

The platform uses AI and real-world data to deliver integrative care across weight management, musculoskeletal pain, sleep, digestive health, diabetes, mental health, and cancer survivorship. Goodpath plans to expand its predictive outcome models, AI-driven personalization, and product capabilities including prescribing, additional care pathways, and complex care navigation.
