New England Indemnity modernizes personal lines offering

New England Indemnity Company  (NEIC) is launching a modernized suite of personal lines insurance products in New Hampshire, including auto, homeowners, umbrella, and dwelling fire coverages. The rollout will expand across the Northeast in the coming months.

The launch is supported by ReSource Pro’s business process and technology services and INSTANDA’s no-code platform. It marks the first joint deployment since the two firms formalized their partnership in January 2025.

Through the collaboration, NEIC gains the ability to bring products to market faster and streamline servicing, while reducing IT overhead. INSTANDA’s configurable no-code platform provides front-end agility, and ReSource Pro contributes its expertise in insurance operations and tech-enabled support.
