Turvi’s site goes dark

Turvi , the AI claims platform introduced by Crawford & Company in 2024, has gone dark, with its website and LinkedIn presence no longer active.

Turvi offered digital tools designed to plug into existing P&C claims workflows. It was marketed as a SaaS platform to automate coverage review, validate estimates, and support remote adjusting through features such as CoverAI, Asservio, and Digital Desk.

The company announced a UK rollout in March 2025.

We reached out to Crawford for comment and here’s their response:
