Envest launches TLI Underwriting for heavy motor fleets

Envest-backed TLI Underwriting will launch on August 31, targeting the heavy motor fleet market with a BHSI-backed program. The new agency will be led by Pat Miller, former CEO of PSC’s Australian and UK operations, alongside Luke Sellars, ex-Queensland manager at GT Insurance.

TLI Underwriting will operate as an authorised representative of ATL Insurance Group, also owned by Envest, expanding the group’s reach beyond SME transport operators into larger fleet accounts. The business will emphasise service, risk management, and long-term broker partnerships, positioning itself as a dedicated solution for intermediated fleet insurance.
