BP Marsh acquires stake in Cameron Specialty
Private equity firm B.P. Marsh & Partners has acquired a 27% stake in Cameron Specialty, a London-based MGA. As part of the deal, the private equity firm has agreed to provide funding of up to £1.7 million via a mix of equity and loan facility.
Founded in 2021, Cameron Specialty specializes in UK property insurance in the commercial combined and property owners sectors. With the support of BP Marsh, Cameron Specialty’s management team will look to expand their property insurance offering into the Republic of Ireland and Europe, alongside developing into other lines of business.
