ServicePower acquires PlusOne Solutions

ServicePower Technologies has acquired PlusOne Solutions , a background screening and contractor compliance firm, to strengthen its field service management offering.

PlusOne Solutions is a compliance and risk management companyThe two companies will combine their technologies and networks to serve over 79,000 vetted home services providers across trades like HVAC, plumbing, and electronics repair.

The move builds on a longstanding partnership between the companies, aiming to deliver an integrated platform covering contractor onboarding, insurance and license tracking, background checks, and field workforce optimization.

PlusOne will retain its brand and operate as a ServicePower company.

Terms of the deal, which closed June 3, were not disclosed.
