Annuity.com has acquired Roy Snarr Insurance Agency - Seminar Business and appointed Roy Snarr as President of the newly formed Annuity.com Seminars.

Snarr, one of the country’s top annuity producers and founder of Annuity Producers, brings a track record of helping agents grow their business through seminar-based strategies.

The acquisition expands Annuity.com’s agent-focused model, with Snarr set to lead seminar marketing efforts nationwide.

Annuity.com also filed a new Form D with the SEC disclosing a $50,000 equity offering.
