Skyla Insurance acquires Policyline

Skyla Insurance Services , a subsidiary of Skyla Credit Union, has acquired employee benefits firm Policyline Insurance.

Founded in 2004 and based in North Carolina, Policyline is led by Geoff Ricks. As part of the deal, Ricks becomes President of Skyla Insurance Services and will oversee the combined business.

The deal strengthens Skyla’s ability to provide customized benefits offerings to Skyla Credit Union’s corporate accounts and sponsor companies, supporting workforce attraction, retention, and cost efficiency.
