Earnix acquires Zelros

Earnix is planning to acquire Zelros , an AI-driven insurance recommendation platform based in Paris. The combined offering is designed to deliver more accurate risk decisioning and product recommendations across regulated environments.

Founded in 2016, Zelros raised $16 million across two funding rounds. The company, which counts BPCE, AXA, Crédit Agricole, MAIF, La Banque Postale, AssurOne, +Simple as customers, currently has a team of 34, with headcount declining by 36% over the past two years. Its co-founder and CTO, Fabien Vauchelles, left the company in 2022 after more than six years with the startup.

The news follows Guidewire’s acquisition of Quantee, announced last month.
