Gravie partners with XO Health to launch in Minnesota

Health benefits company Gravie has teamed up with XO Health to launch a value-based provider network in Minnesota, aiming to reduce costs and improve care for small and midsize employers. The exclusive network will debut as early as October and include top providers committed to aligning payments with patient outcomes.

Participating providers will gain access to Gravie members, expedited payments, and tools to support clinical decisions, including real-time cost and quality data. For employers, the model offers a more sustainable approach to claims funding and eliminates delays in member reimbursement through XO Health’s rapid payment system.
