RYZE Claim Solutions acquires Acorn Claims

Ryze Claim Solutions has acquired Acorn Claims, a Missouri-based firm offering nationwide daily and catastrophe claims services. The deal supports RYZE’s M&A strategy aimed at partnering with middle-market adjusting firms and expanding its technology-enabled claims solutions.

Acorn Claims  brings a range of services to RYZE’s portfolio, including Third-Party Administration and its proprietary audit process, Expert Technical Analysis (ETA). RYZE plans to integrate Acorn’s expertise to bolster its water mitigation review capabilities.

Founded and led by Rob Brown and Kirk Belz, Acorn Claims is known for its technical rigor and industry partnerships. RYZE Executive Chairman Tony Grippa noted the acquisition strengthens RYZE’s position in delivering faster, more accurate claims handling powered by tools like RYZEQAI.
