Equitable reshapes leadership

Equitable has announced leadership changes to sustain its growth and advance its long-term strategy.

Donna Carbell has been appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy and Impact Officer, overseeing strategic initiatives to enhance client outcomes. She joined Equitable in 2021 and previously led the Individual Insurance business and Impact teams.

Martin Reeves has been named Executive Vice President, Individual Insurance, responsible for strategy, product, marketing, distribution, finance, underwriting, and operations. With 20 years of industry experience, he most recently led Equitable’s Individual Insurance Business teams.
