The refresh aligns with the company’s broader transformation strategy to enhance operations and strengthen relationships with agents and policyholders.
A newly released video, Relaunching Columbia Insurance, highlights the company’s evolution and commitment to people-first partnerships.
Columbia Insurance also plans to roll out a new online business platform this summer as part of its continued modernization efforts.
