Texan Insurance  has acquired Austin-based J&M Insurance, a provider of personal and commercial insurance solutions since 2005.

Founded by Todd Michalowski, J&M Insurance has earned a strong reputation for its integrity and client service in the Austin area.

With this acquisition, Texan Insurance, established in 1985, expands its footprint and strengthens its service offerings.

The Houston-based agency brings partnerships with over 40 carriers, an A+ BBB rating, and more than 2,500 five-star Google reviews.
