M&T Bank appoints Krista Phillips as chief customer officer
M&T Bank has appointed Krista Phillips as its first Chief Customer Officer. In this newly created role, Phillips will oversee customer experience, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver seamless, data-driven customer solutions across the bank’s footprint.
With over 25 years in financial services, Phillips joins from Wells Fargo, where she led consumer credit cards and enterprise marketing. She previously held senior roles at Citi, including Head of Brand Management and Product Director for Co-brands and Loyalty. Reporting to Chris Kay, Head of Enterprise Platforms, Phillips will be based in Wilmington, DE, as part of M&T’s Executive Leadership Team.
