INVO Underwriting acquires MIAN

INVO Underwriting  has acquired Madison Independent Agency Network (MIAN) to enhance opportunities for MIAN agents. This move eliminates access fees and minimum production requirements for agents while maintaining uninterrupted carrier access.

MIAN agents will also benefit from INVO Underwriting’s solutions, including a digital marketplace for quoting personal and commercial lines, a workers’ compensation submit division, a temp staffing insurance division, and a transportation division launching in early 2025. INVO is facilitating a seamless transition with hands-on support for appointments and platform access.

The acquisition aims to expand resources and streamline operations, helping agents better serve their clients.
