Old Republic launches standalone TPA Lodestar

Old Republic  has introduced Lodestar Claims & Risk Services as a standalone brand for its third party administrator business, separating it from PMA Companies where it previously operated as a division.

The move gives the TPA business its own identity for the first time in more than 30 years, while remaining part of Old Republic’s broader operating structure.

Lodestar is positioned as a top 10 national TPA, providing claims administration and risk services to middle market and large employers, carriers, and distribution partners across all 50 states.

The rebrand is aimed at expanding market visibility and supporting growth, while allowing the business to deepen client relationships as a dedicated claims and risk services provider.

Operations, leadership, and service delivery remain unchanged, with existing clients continuing to work with the same teams.
