These AI agents, built on the company’s generative AI platform Vox, assist with screening potential customers, qualifying leads, and improving efficiency for insurance distributors and carriers. By automating the initial stages of enrollment, the AI tools reduce time spent by human agents on non-qualified leads and help ensure seniors are matched with appropriate coverage plans.

Fair Square Medicare aims to scale this technology to improve customer experiences across the Medicare market.
