Arachas Group buys M & H Insurance Agency

Arachas Group  has acquired M & H Insurance Agency, an independent insurance group. This acquisition aims to expand Arachas Group’s presence and capabilities in the insurance sector, especially in personal lines, and to strengthen its footprint in Minnesota.

M & H Insurance Agency will keep its brand name and will be integrated into Árachas Group over the next few months. Customers will continue to receive the same level of service, now enhanced by Arachas Group’s resources.

Bill Sullivan, CEO of Arachas Group, emphasized that the acquisition brings new talent and opportunities, aligning with the group’s growth strategy. Kelly Monkman, owner of M & H Insurance Agency, expressed enthusiasm about joining Árachas Group and leveraging its resources to enhance client services.
