Moneyview acquires Jify

Moneyview , a financial services company based in Bengaluru, announced it has acquired Jify.co, a platform that allows employees to access their earnings on demand. Jify currently works with over 250 top companies and serves millions of employees. The acquisition was a share swap deal, with Jify’s investors, Accel and Nexus, receiving shares in Moneyview.

The move aims to enhance Moneyview’s range of financial services while helping Jify expand its reach to more employees and organizations. This acquisition is part of Moneyview’s strategy to grow its offerings across credit, savings, and investment products.

Founded in 2014 by Puneet Agarwal and Sanjay Aggarwal, Moneyview is backed by investors including Apis Partners, Tiger Global, Accel Partners, and Ribbit.
