NYSE to commence delisting proceedings with respect to the warrants of Hippo Holdings

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) is starting the process to remove Hippo Holdings’ warrants (HIPO.WS) from its listing due to their very low trading prices. Trading of these warrants will stop immediately. However, Hippo Holdings’ regular stock (HIPO) will continue to trade on the NYSE as usual.

The company can request a review of this decision by a committee of the NYSE’s board of directors. After all necessary steps are completed, including any appeals by the company, the NYSE will ask the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to officially delist the warrants.
