AIA Australia restructures to enhance customer wellbeing

AIA Australia has revamped its Shared Value Partnerships team, adding a Wellbeing team to support its life and health insurance customers. Previously part of the Life Insurance Claims team, the Wellbeing team now plays a key role in the company’s strategy.

The team’s focus areas include:

  • Wellbeing: Delivering tailored programs within the AIA Embrace ecosystem, covering Prevention, Early Support, and Recovery.
  • Shared Value: Expanding AIA Embrace with science-backed health and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Behavioral Science, Research, and Data: Enhancing engagement and decision-making through behavioral science and data-driven insights.

Lucy Hartley, a Registered Psychologist with over 20 years of experience, has been appointed as Head of Wellbeing. Reporting to her are four Wellbeing Team Managers: Nicole Gallagher, Catherine Zaman, Rebecca Gallagher, and Jennifer Argus.

This team will leverage AIA Embrace programs to improve customer health and wellbeing, backed by the Shared Value Partnerships team’s data-driven approach to ensure impactful and sustainable outcomes.
