Loadsure enters European market

Loadsure , an international MGA and Lloyd’s coverholder, has entered the European market. The company will primarily focus on the Benelux region, Germany, France, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Sweden.

Using high-resolution data, AI, and automation, Loadsure aims to improve the accuracy of freight insurance pricing and insights. As part of its expansion, Loadsure has appointed Ben Brough as director of Europe and plans to grow its European team throughout the year.

Loadsure will roll out its freight insurance products to insurance intermediaries across Europe. These products include Thames (dynamic on-demand cargo insurance), Huron (ocean cargo and stock throughput insurance), and Danube (dynamic ocean cargo insurance).

This expansion addresses a need for small-to-medium-sized businesses in the freight industry, offering comprehensive coverage for freight brokers, shippers, and carriers, which are often underserved by traditional insurance providers
