Reinventure Group Backs All-in-One Cloud Based HR platform Flare

Westpac Banking Corp’s VC arm Reinventure Group has led a $5.55M investment in HR services and employee financial wellness startup Flare, bringing its total funding to date to ~$6.3M. Hollard Insurance founder Richard Enthoven has also participated in the round.

The Sydney-based startup, established in 2015, offers software to manage the onboarding of new employees and various human resources functions including performance reviews and internal communications. It targets SMEs with less than 2,000 employees.

Bottom Line: Sephora is a user. BTW, speaking of Reinventure Group, they’ve recently invested in AI-powered data services startup Hyper Anna.
