ING partners with Qover

Financial services company ING Group has partnered with Qover to introduce a new embedded insurance perk for holders of ING ‘Do More’ account, the bank’s premium account offering.

Account holders receive purchase protection and ticket cancellation insurance for transactions made using their ING account. purchases are insured against accidental damage or aggravated theft for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase or delivery. The event cancellation does not cover transportation or accommodation.

AIG is the insurer for both offerings and users can initiate a claim online.

Users who deposit a minimum of €700 per month into their ING account can get the premium account for €1.90 per month. Those who don’t reach the minimum of €700 each month will pay €5 per month.
