Helvetia acquires Mobile Garantie

Helvetia has acquired Mobile Garantie, a company offering a variety of extended warranty solutions in several countries across Europe. Helvetia has been a partner and investor since 2018.

The Hanover-based company has ~40 employees and it distributes extended warranty products through car dealerships and car manufacturers. This acquisition strengthens Helevetia’s embedded insurance business and gives it access to new customers.
