Contract Lifecycle Management Solutions Exari Acquires Adsensa

On the exciting subject of contract data discovery and analytics, Boston-based Exari, which provides enterprise contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions announced that it has acquired Adsensa (2003) for an undisclosed sum. The combo creates a complete CLM platform that enables companies to manage new, legacy and third-party contracts all from one complete solution. Exari was established in 1999 by Jamie Wodetzki and has since raised $10M from Beacon Equity Partners. Recall: last year Exari acquired CMA Contiki, an enterprise contract management software provider.
