Payment company Alacriti introduces Conversational Bot Ella

Payments technology company Alacriti announced the launch of Ella, a conversational bot powered by artificial intelligence that enables seamless interaction between businesses and their customers through various messaging channels and virtual assistants. The Gist: businesses can offer Ella to allow customers to get their billing questions answered, and pay their bills via Facebook Messenger, for instance. Recall: Alacriti was launched in 2003 by three guys (Manish Gurukula, Sai Raavi, Shambaiah Chepuri) on a mission to provide policyholders the flexibility and convenience of making payments anywhere, any way, and anytime.
