ClaimVantage Announces Major Insurtech Software Release
ClaimVantage today announced a major software release of all claim management software solutions, including ClaimFirst and AbsenceDirect. As of March 31st, all software will be rolled on to v10.0.
This major software release aims to synchronize all software versions to support the ClaimVantage commitment of providing two major releases a year across all products, to align with the Salesforce major software releases in Winter and Summer. Each major software release will incorporate functionality at the forefront of the insurance industry, and will be tested on the latest version of the Force.com platform to ensure a smooth transition to the latest version. Over the next twelve months, the research and development (R&D) team will be focusing on artificial intelligence and advanced analytics.

Up until now, ClaimVantage provided online support and in-person training to onboard new customers to the suite of ClaimVantage products. As the company continues to expand globally, frequently updated documentation is an important tool to ensure all customers use the product optimally and have readily available documentation to onboard new users at any point in time.
Along with this major software release, ClaimVantage will provide customers with access to a pilot project to provide step-by-step, business friendly documentation of all software features. This first pilot release is primarily focused on ClaimFirst and AbsenceDirect, with planned expansion into the Portal, Work Accommodations, and the Extra’s packages ahead of the next release in Q3 of 2017.
Each major software release will include user-friendly product release notes, detailing all core changes, new core functionality, and bugs fixed since the previous release, ensuring all users can easily track any changes made since the last release.
